Frequently Asked Questions

I was invited to Closing Day but the link does not work.
Invite links expire after 24 hours. Ask the realtor or loan professional who invited you to send a fresh link.
I forgot my password.
Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen. We will email you a reset link. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
My checklist is not saving my progress.
Check that you are connected to the internet. Closing Day saves your progress automatically when you have a connection. If the issue persists, log out and log back in.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Email craig@kinetic-mgmt.com with the subject line "Delete my account" and we will permanently remove your data within 30 days.
How is my data protected?
Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We never sell your information and never use it for advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.
