By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Closing Day. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Closing Day is a productivity and communication tool. Closing Day is not a lender, broker, real estate agent, or financial advisor. Information provided through the App, including educational content about home loans and the homebuying process, is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
Always consult a licensed mortgage professional, real estate agent, attorney, or financial advisor for advice specific to your situation. Loan terms, eligibility, rates, and approvals are determined solely by the lender and are subject to credit review and underwriting.
You retain ownership of any information you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We will not sell Your Content or use it for advertising.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any law or infringe on the rights of others.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your use poses a risk to the Service or other users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Craig Rogers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Craig Rogers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
